Please read and understand all of our policies before booking an appointment.

General Policies

Late Policy: If you are running late, please call or text Gaitrie at 239 297 7293 or Pooja at 239 314 6010 to let us know. If  you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you in the time allotted. If it is not possible for you to arrive within 15 minutes, you must reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust the schedule to accommodate other clients.

No Show Policy: After a no show without any form of contact, you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment/Gratuity Policy: We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Cash tips are appreciated!


Eyelash Extension Policies

Booking Policy: Please book your appointment in advance. Lash extension services take the most time so last-minute requests may not be accepted. IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR AN EVENT: Please plan and book ahead of your event. DO NOT book on the day of your event!

New Client Policy: New client appointments will take longer as a consultation, cleanse, aftercare instruction, and consent forms are necessary for the initial appointment.

Age Policy: Clients must be at least 15 years of age to receive lash services. Minors under 18 years of age MUST bring written and signed consent from a legal parent or guardian upon arrival of the appointment and MUST be accompanied by the consenting adult during the consultation.

Children Policy: Please no children in the treatment room. Esthetic and lash services require concentration so we ask for no distractions. We are unable to watch any children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised.

Makeup Policy: Eyes must be clean and free of oil and debris upon arrival. This is important as the residue and/or buildup from natural oils and makeup will prevent proper adhesion and in more serious cases, lead to irritation and infection. If you arrive with makeup on, the total service time will be longer as the makeup removal will be thorough and take time.

Service Time Policy: Full sets and fills vary from client to client. Please keep in consideration that services can range from 2-4 hours depending on lash density, the style requested, and the client’s diligence to the aftercare of the extensions. Applying lash extensions is a precise service that requires the utmost concentration. Please also keep in mind that if you arrive with makeup on, the total service time will be longer as the makeup removal will be thorough and take time. You also must agree to stay as still as possible for 2 or more hours to ensure proper application.

Lash Fill Policy: As the client, you are given the choice between 2 or 3 week fills. Prices will differ as 3 week fills require more work and time. If you choose or are unable to make 2-3 week fills and come back after 4 weeks or more, you will be charged as a full set. Also, if you do not follow proper lash aftercare, we reserve the right to charge as a full set.

Aftercare Policy: Every client will be given an explanation on the aftercare required for lash extensions. Failure to follow these instructions will result in premature extension fallout, or in more serious cases, irritation and infection. Lash cleansers are available for purchase and highly recommended for first-time clients.

Outside Lash Fill Policy: We highly recommend those with existing lash extensions from another technician book a full set appointment. This will allow ample time for consultation and will help determine whether the existing set can be worked on. You will also be upcharged if the foreign set can be worked on. If the set cannot be worked over, a removal will be recommended.

Outside Removal Policy: If you are requesting or require a removal of eyelash extensions and have had the set done by another technician, you will be charged a removal fee.

Cell Phone Policy: We ask that all cell phones are turned off or on silent in the treatment room. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete as the technician is using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

Food and Drink Policy: Please do not chew gum during a lash service. Facial movements will make it difficult for lash application. Do not consume any caffeine before an appointment to avoid any caffeine jitters. Do not consume a large amount of fluids in general as bathroom breaks will lengthen the service time.

Talking Policy: Please try to keep talking to a minimum as facial movements will make lash application difficult.

Refunds and 2 Day Retention Policy: Services cannot be refunded. If you are having any issues after your service with retention, you MUST let us know within 2 days. Changes will be made for free as long as you come back within 7 days from your initial appointment. Any time after that will be considered a service charge.

Other: You may bring your own blanket if preferred as it does need to be cold in the treatment room for the products to work properly. Dress as comfortably as needed! You also may wear headphones during your service.
